Randy Jay Poole, age 76, passed away at home in Prescott, MI on October 23, 2024.
He was born in Sterling, MI on September 21, 1948, to Ithamer and Loah (Anderson) Poole. He married Catherine Ann Knoll on October 11, 1982. They raised their 3 children on his family’s homestead, which is where he lived his entire life. Randy was a farmer most of his life, but also worked at Knights Mill. He enjoyed fishing, being outdoors and visiting friends.
Randy is survived by his wife of 42 years, Cathy; sons, Wesley of Sterling, MI and Cashin (Ashley) of Goldsboro, NC; sister, Donna (Eldridge) Erickson of Prescott, MI; grandchildren, Brynlee and Emersyn of Goldsboro, NC; as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Jolene, brother, Harold and sister Marion.
