Charles T. Piotrowski, age 78, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on October 27, 2024. He was born to the late Alvin and Frances (Asakevich) Piotrowski. In the spring of 1960, he met the love of his life, Jeanne Kanyo. They were married for 59 years and were blessed with three wonderful children. Charlie loved watching the Detroit Lions and fishing (especially his yearly trip to Canada with his family). He also liked gardening, canning, hunting, and playing cards.
He is survived by his wife Jeanne, Children: Bethany (Troy) Lyons, Suzanne (Bryan) VanderHyde, and Tony (Julie) Piotrowski; Grandchildren: Cole Lyons, Alexis Lyons, Karly (Brandon) Olson, Hannah Drouin, Lakyn Piotrowski, and Addie Piotrowski; Great-Grandsons: Jackson and Elias; Siblings: Eleanor Martin and Roy (Janice) Piotrowski; In-Laws: Dorothy Piotrowski, Mike Kanyo, Elizabeth Hutek, Nan & Stan Strelecki, Kit Ernst, Pauline Bargeron, John & Chris Kanyo, and Sue Skrzysinski and many nieces and nephews. We would like to thank everyone for their love and support, especially Jason, Tom, Karen, and Linda.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 31, 2024 at 7:00 pm at Lee-Ramsay Funeral Home Pinconning Chapel with Kathy Bersano presiding. Friends and family may visit at the chapel from 1:00 pm until the time of service.
