Britny Schwartz, 33, of Maple City, formerly of Grayling

Britny Schwartz, beloved mother, daughter, sister, and friend, passed away on April 3, 2024 in Maple City, MI. She was born in Grayling, MI on September 20, 1990, to her loving parents Scott Schwartz and Sabrina Schwartz.

Britny was a beacon of light to all who knew her. Her kind, compassionate nature and unwavering love touched the lives of many. She was a devoted mother to her sons Gregory Morgan and Colton Schwartz, who meant the world to her. 

Britny is preceded in death by her Grandpa Joe Schwartz and Uncle James Altman. She is survived by her parents Scott (Michelle) Schwartz and Sabrina Schwartz, her dear grandma JoEllen Schwartz, and her siblings Jessica (Matt) Gabriel, Crystal Schwartz, Brandy (Tuop) Louviere, Callie Wilkins, and Joey Schwartz. Britny also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, as well as aunts and uncles, who will cherish her memory forever.

She will always be remembered for her warmth, generosity, and the love she shared with those around her. She was a loving mother, a devoted friend, and a beautiful soul whose presence brought joy to all who knew her. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Habitat for Humanity-Grand Traverse Region in memory of Britny Schwartz, a woman whose legacy of love and compassion will continue to inspire all who knew her.

May her spirit live on in the hearts of those she touched, and may her memory be a blessing to all who were fortunate enough to know her. Rest in peace, Britny Schwartz.

A Memorial/Luncheon will take place at Grayling Assembly of God on Sunday, April 7, 2024 from 2:00 – 6:00 PM with a short service starting at 3:30 PM.
