Kevin Francis Phillips, age 62, of Grayling, Michigan passed away on March 11, 2024.
He was born on February 23, 1962 to Edward C. and Mary E. (Baker) Phillips in Saint Clair Shores, Michigan. Kevin was a licensed practical nurse for 12 years, a painter with his older brother Ed for many years, and with Fick and Sons for the last several years. Ever since his younger days, Kevin was a lead guitarist in numerous bands. The blues were his favored selections. His sense of humor was ever present and valued.
He is survived by his daughters, Cassie Svensen and Alecia Svensen, siblings, Russell J. Phillips and Kathleen E. (Phillips) Smith, nieces and nephew, Amy (Phillips) Tenerelli, Jennifer Gillon, Shannon (Phillips) Smith, and Eddie Phillips. He is preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Mary Phillips and brothers, Edward Phillips and Thomas Phillips.
The family has chosen no memorial service at this time and a spring burial will take place at Elmwood Cemetery in Grayling.
