Sandra L. Dewey, age 64, of Gladwin, passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2024. She was born on May 20, 1959, to Harvey and Dorothy (Robertson) Miller in Greenville, South Carolina.
Sandra dedicated several years of her life to Adult Foster Care and later she worked as a cook at a hospital. Sandra also manages Scott’s Pizza for many years and enjoyed seeing all of her regular customers. She had a passion for crocheting, reading, and solving puzzles Sandra had a particular fondness for giraffes, but her greatest love was reserved for her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her children: Alvin (Angie) Dewey, Becky (Rick) Gott, Jeremiah (Stephanie) Dewey, Emily (Alan) Knowles, Shannon (Joe) Swanson, and Olivia (Tristen) Martin; 19 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; sister: Sharon Dewey, and brother: Steve Miller.
Sandra is preceded in death by her parents and brother-in-law, Stewart Dewey.
Cremation has taken place, and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home. To sha
