John B. Ward, age 85, passed away on January 9, 2024, in Hale, MI. He was born in Detroit, MI on June 9, 1938, to Alex and Margaret (Robertson) Ward. John pursued a career in education, obtaining a master’s degree in education. He worked as a teacher for Detroit Schools for 10 years and Fraser Public Schools for 26 years, until retiring in 1996. John met Pamela (Hendershot) Kaczanowski in 1990. They were married on October 11, 2021. He enjoyed boating and golfing. Per John’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
