Scherie Ann Peever, 72, of Grayling passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on October 27, 2023.
Scherie was born on February 27, 1951 in Grayling to Charles and Alice (Ray) DeMoines. She was a dedicated mother and grandmother and a loving wife to her husband. She was a caring homemaker who raised a loving family. She enjoyed cooking and baking. Scherie will be missed dearly by those that loved her.
Scherie is survived by her husband of 34 years, Mark Peever; children, Charlie (Sky) DeMoines, Tina (Brian) True, Patricia (Dan) Peever, Heather (John) Peever, Travis (Megan) Peever, and Anthony (Ali) Peever; 15 grandchildren; brothers, Eric DeMoines and Michael DeMoines; many nieces and nephews; and her fur-baby Coco. Scherie is preceded in death by her parents Charles and Alice DeMoines, son Edwin, and siblings Thomas DeMoines, Jim DeMoines and Theresa DeMoines.
A Celebration of Scherie’s Life will be scheduled in the near future.
