Richard Lee DuBois, 70, of Hillman passed away Friday, September 1, 2023, at his daughter’s home surrounded by his family.
Richard was born in Battle Creek on October 10, 1952. He served in the United States Army. He worked for Marine Transport as an over the road truck driver most of his life and enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Surviving are his wife, Debra; 2 daughters, Melissa DuBois, Jennifer (James) Richardson; 2 grandchildren, Claude White and Michael Barnes.
He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Destiny Barnes and brother, Keith Granby.
Memorial gathering will take place at the Rogers City Baptist Church on Friday, September 8, 2023, from 10 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 11 a.m. with Pastor Steve Gibbs officiating followed by military honors by VFW Rogers City Post 607. Cremation arrangements have been handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.
