Shane M Savercool, age 50, of Houghton Lake passed away on Wednesday August 9, 2023 at My Michigan Medical Center – Midland.
Shane was born on October 7, 1972 to Larry and Shirley (Lewis) Savercool. He graduated from HLHS. He was a talented carpenter and Real Estate Agent for many years, always wearing a smile no matter where he went. Shane enjoyed golfing, attending Tigers games with friends and working. His biggest joy was being a Dad to Izzabella and spending time with her.
Shane is survived by his loving daughter Izzabella Fagerlie, mother Shirley Savercool, siblings Theresa (Michael) Hood, Tina ( Jim Ellsworth) Harvey, Larry Savercool, Patricia Savercool and Theodore ( Marianna) Savercool, many nieces and nephews, and dear friends Mike Barnum, Matt Gross, Mark Gross and Billie Ancel that were like brothers to him. He is preceded in death by his father Larry and sister Tonya.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Christler Funeral Home- Houghton Lake Chapel on Monday August 14, 2023 at 2 pm. There will be a memorial gathering at the funeral home on Monday from 1 pm until the time of the service. Christler Funeral Home – Prudenville Chapel is serving the family.
