Helen Highley, 72, of Beaverton

In loving memory of Helen Louise Highley, 72, of Beaverton, who passed away on Friday, July 14, 2023. She was born on October 22, 1950 in Mansfield, Ohio, the daughter of James Lloyd Highley Sr. and Ethel Mae Highley (Kendall). She grew up in Mount Pleasant, MI and worked as a direct care worker and program director. Later in her life she met her life partner, Randall Taber, who she shares 23 years of memories with. Helen loves bingo, crocheting, spending time with family and camping with her significant other.

Left to cherish her memory are her life partner: Randall Taber; children: Wayne Elliott Jr., Lorie Elliott, Melissa Elliott and Keith Elliott; sister: Susetta (Highley) Elliott; grandchildren: Trevor, Travis, Natasha, Andrew, Jeffery, Audrey, Orlando, Mathew, Kayla, Adrianna, Liam, and 5 great-grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.

She is proceeded in death by her siblings: Wanda Counts, James (Butch) Highley Jr.; granddaughter: Brooke Elliot; 2 nephews and 1 great niece.

Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time. Arrangements are in the care of Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home. www.hallkokotovichfuneralhome.com
