Elinor Dibble, 90, of Beaver Creek Twp.

Elinor Jean Dibble, 90, of Beaver Creek Twp, MI passed away peacefully on May 2, 2023.

Elinor was born to James and Walton (Pryor) Evans in Sylvania, GA on January 17, 2023. She married her husband, James Dibble, on September 1, 1950. Elinor was an amazing artist. She could make just about anything as a seamstress/sewing, painting, and ceramics. She was also an excellent gardener and loved taking care of her flower gardens. She loved and adored her children and grandchildren. She would give the shirt off her back for anyone in need. She was a very generous person.

Elinor is survived by her husband of 72 years, James A. Dibble of Beaver Creek Twp, MI; children, James (Marsha) Dibble, Jr. of Cheyenne, WY, Michael (Gail) Dibble of Elmira, MI, and Debra (Gary) Beckwith of Grayling, MI; grandchildren, David Neil Dibble, Kari Peacock, Aaron Coon, Cody Dibble, Mark Beckwith, Brian Beckwith, and Alyssa Beckwith; great-grandchildren, Tommy Peacock and Sammy Peacock; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Elinor is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Grace Neidlinger and Ruby Evans; and brothers, Dan Evans and JT Evans.

A graveside service will take place in June at Beaver Creek Twp Cemetery.
