Virginia May (Bessey) Clement passed away in Tawas City, MI on April 19, 2023. She was born in Twining, MI to Louis & Olive (Ellsworth) Bessey on March 14, 1941. After graduating from Tawas High School, she married the love of her life Bill Clement on August 23, 1958. Virginia was first and foremost a wife and mother. She loved her family and dedicated her life to them. Spending time with her grandkids was one of her favorite pastimes. She also enjoyed thrifting and shopping garage sales. She is survived by her children, Debra C. (Joseph) Miller, Pamela (Bruce) Wilson, Judith (Tom) Raines; sister, Sandra (Dale) Frasher; son in law, Everett Neibert; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband Bill, she is preceded in death by her parents; daughters, Carrie Neibert and Sandra VanAcker; two brothers and 1 sister.
