SanJuana Z. Karbowski, age 71, passed away on Monday, January 30, 2023 at Mission Point of Roscommon. She was born on November 9, 1951, in San Antonio, TX to Apolonio and Josephine (Gatica) Zamarripa. SanJuana lived in Lupton, MI for over 30 years formerly of Flint, MI.
SanJuana is survived by her loving husband Richard Karbowski of Lupton; daughters Josefina (Brandee) Holbrook of Fredericksburg, VA, Catarina Karbowski of Walled Lake, MI, and Angelina Karbowski of Alger, MI; grandchildren Tiffani, Nathaniel, Richard, Derek, Zander, Delicia, and Ethan; great grandson Peyton; and siblings, Augustine Zamarripa, Paul Zamarripa, Cruz Zamarripa, Marylou Zamarripa, Ralph Zamarripa, Jesusa McDougall, and Joe Zamarripa.
She is preceded in death by her parents and sister Carmen Boyd.
Visitation will be held at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch, MI on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
