Sara Ann Weston, 30, left this world to be with Jesus on October 5, 2022.
The much-beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend to all was born on June 7th, 1992 in Saginaw, MI. Sara was raised in Hope, MI. She graduated from Meridian High School in 2010.
Sara was loved by all who knew her and made friends everywhere she went. Sara was passionate about fitness, having been an avid runner in her high school days, followed by power lifting into her twenties. Her passion for power lifting transformed into a love for professional wrestling.
In 2015, Sara entered a national wrestling competition show, “Tough Enough.” She stole the hearts of the nation with her infectious smile and won a one-year contract with the WWE. The NXT ring is where she met and fell in love with her husband Cory. Above all else, Sara loved being a mother.
Sara leaves behind her husband, Cory Weston, three precious children: 5-year-old Piper, 3-year-old Brady, 1-year-old Case, and her dog Butter. Parents, Robert and Terri Lee. Brother, Robert (Jacquelyn) Lee III. Grandparents Robert (Kathy) Lee and Carol Newcomb. Aunt Brenda and Uncle Matt. Mother in law Susan Weston. Father in law Charles Weston (Maritza). Sister in laws: Tiffany Weston and Courtney White. Brother in laws: Blake and Brandon Weston. Nieces and nephews include: Kyndall and Lynx Weston, Wyatt Carter, Weston White, Isaiah Weston, Elijah Barton, and many extended family members. Sara was greeted in heaven by her grandfather Donald Johndro and other relatives who predeceased her.
Sara will always be remembered for her goofy sense of humor and her fierce love for those close to her.
A private service is scheduled, details of which will be shared with all family and friends.
