Connie E. Welser, age 64 of Lewiston, Michigan, passed away at her home on Wednesday, August 17, 2022.
Connie was born in Lakeland, Florida on May 13, 1958 to John and Mary (O’Brien) Slater. She worked as a nursing assistant for many years. Connie was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. She has touched the lives of so many people with her unconditional love, generosity, and kindness. She believed in Jesus Christ and is no longer in pain. God’s garden received a beautiful flower for sure. Connie will be forever missed.
Connie is survived by her mother Mary Costner of Mississippi; her children: Laura Maxson (Ozark Wickey) of Florida, Andrea Welser of Fairview, MI; and Phillip (Kali-Rae) Welser of Johannesburg, MI; her brother Cliff Slater of Mississippi; her grandchildren: Skyler, Gabriel, Lawson, and Max; and her former husband Paul Welser of Lewiston, MI. She was preceded in death by her father and her sister Sandy.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. A Private ceremony will be held in Luzerne at a later date.
