Charles “Charlie” Bullard, age, 70, passed away on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at Covenant Healthcare in Saginaw, Michigan surrounded by his family. He was born on March 31, 1952, in Gladwin, Michigan to the late Loren and Zelma (Muma) Bullard. He was a jokester being able to make anyone laugh and loved spending time with his family. He met and married the love of his life Pamela Minton on September 7, 1970. Together they shared 19 years together before her passing on December 10, 1989. Charlie fishing with his family and helping anyone he could.
He is survived by his children, Charles (Joe) Bullard, Allen Bullard, and Tammy (Bill) Gensman; grandchildren, Trisha (Jordon) Gasche, Jenna, Amber and Kayla Bullard; great grandchildren, Brittany, Skylar, Weston, William, Tanner, Casandra, Alexandria, Jayden, Jacklyn, and Aleigha; brothers, Basil Bullard, Rickie (Alison) Bullard; and sister, Vivian (Craig) Dassey; along with several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his wife and his parents.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 15, 2022, at 1 pm with Elder Brad Lower presiding at Lee-Ramsay Funeral Home-Gladwin Chapel, 135 N. Silverleaf St., Gladwin, Michigan 48624. A visitation will be held from 11 am until the time of service on Monday. Interment is at Butman Township Cemetery, Gladwin, Michigan. Arrangements have been entrusted to Lee-Ramsay Funeral Home-Gladwin Chapel.
