Elizabeth Schalm, 66, of Turner

Elizabeth May Schalm, age 66 of Turner, passed away peacefully at home, after a brief illness, with her family and friends by her side on April 17, 2022.

She is survived by her children, Edward (Mindy) Goldstick of Byron, IL and Jacqueline Ferguson of Tawas City. Grandchildren, Alexis, Johnathon, Jacob, Rosalyn, Melinda, Lucas and Zachary. Long time companion, Steve. Siblings, Marti (Rod) Nickel of Whittemore, Fred (Polly) Schalm of Tawas, Tony (Mary Jo) Schalm of East Tawas and Charles Schalm III of Whittemore. Many nieces and nephews also survive.

Elizabeth was born on November 9, 1955 in Whittemore, Michigan to the late Charles William and Katherine May (Bowen) Schalm. She enjoyed crocheting and was an active member of, and devoted to, Good News Ministries Lutheran Church in Whittemore, Michigan

Per her wishes, Elizabeth has been cremated. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, April 21, 2022 at the Good News Ministries Lutheran Church (3107 M-65, Whittemore, Michigan 48770).
