Annie Holcomb, 76, of Prescott

Annie Carol Holcomb, age 76 of Prescott, passed away peacefully at home on March 3, 2022, with her family by her side.

She is survived by her loving children, Danny Ray Holcomb of Hazel Park, Deborah (Gary) Stewart of Hazel Park and Priscilla (Nick) Regier of West Branch. Grandchildren, Lauren, Alex, Emily, Brendan, Allison, Jacob, Cade, Ethan, Oliver, Amber and Hailey. Great-Grandchildren, Dillon, Mason, Karcin and Carter. Brother, Ernest Lee (Rhenda) Ragan of Ruidoso, New Mexico. Sisters, Joyce McFall and Chloetta Phipps, both of Clintwood, Virginia.

Annie was born on November 29, 1945 in Dickenson County, Virginia to the late Alvis and Edith (Mullins) Ragan. She moved to Hazel Park, Michigan in 1963 and worked for Chrysler Automotive until her retirement in 1994 after 30 years of service. Annie and her husband; Del, then bought a home and land in Prescott, Michigan and began the next chapter of her life.

A successful owner of a ceramic business with her late husband, Del. She loved doing ceramics with her family and friends. Teaching classes weekly and entering her work every year in the county fair. She was an avid collector of dolls and she loved to garden, cook, bake and crochet.

Annie was a member of the Judson Baptist Church for many years before her illness. She was a member of the “Red Hat Society” and she absolutely loved spending time with her grand kids.

Annie was preceded in death by her husband, Delmas Holcomb and her parents.

Per her wishes, Annie has been cremated. A Celebration of Life Service will be announced and held at a future date.
