Evelyn Anne Kent, 91, of Grayling, passed away January 9, 2022.
She was born to Charles and Regina Schrauben in Westphalia, Michigan. Evelyn married George Allen Kent, Jr. on August 14, 1948 in East Lansing, Michigan. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Grayling Country Club, and Grayling Promotional Association (GPA).
Survived by her children Marla (Greg) Chandler of Grayling and Charles (Kathy) Kent of Hahira, Georgia. Grandchildren: Andrew (Ana) Chandler and Regina (Blaise) Beltowski, and Cortney (Christopher) Blair. Great grandchildren: Alayna and Evelyn Beltowski, and Patrick Blair. Sister: Peg Gregg of Grand Rapids.
A graveside service will be held in spring 2022. For those that wish to remember Evelyn by memorial contribution, please consider Crawford County Christian Help Center or the Alzheimer’s Association.
