Louise A. Reed, age 65, of Houghton Lake passed away on Saturday December 25, 2021 at Munson Heathcare-Grayling Hospital with her loving family by her side.
Louise was born on November 18, 1956 in Lancaster, California to Gordon and Darlene (Gibson) Perry Sr.. She moved to Houghton Lake in 1965. Louise was a direct care worker for Danes Forest AFC Home. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her family.
Louise is survived by her loving children; Ron Nasser of Weidman, Lori (George) Bowler of Houghton Lake, Michelle Nasser of Houghton Lake, Brandon Nasser of Houghton Lake, Jennifer Vold of Nevada and Tiffany Reed of Prudenville, Step-sons; Jason Reed of Oregon and Anthony Reed of Thompsonville, twenty three grandchildren and one great grandchild, sisters; Linda (Rick) Lewis of Houghton Lake and Darla (Dennis) Gasper of Millington, brothers; Gordon Perry Jr. of Houghton Lake, Mark (Peggy) Perry of Lake City and Kevin (Prescila) Perry of Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers; Theodore Perry, Dale Perry and Darryl Perry, granddaughter; Jayden.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday December 28, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Christler Funeral Home-Houghton Lake Chapel. In-Lieu of flowers memorial contributions in memory of Louise are asked to be directed to the family or the funeral home to help with final expenses.
