GRAYLING – Gustav J. Preinl, 77, of Grayling, MI passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on June 18, 2021.
Gustav was born in Bad Nauheim, Germany on July 21, 1943 to Gustav and Rosa (Koerner) Preinl. Gustav was the proprietor of Carlisle Canoes until his retirement. Gustav had a very big heart. He was always there to help anyone that he could. He will be greatly missed by everyone.
Gustav is survived by his wife, Christa; son, John (Kimberly) Harrow; grandchildren, Sydney, Lyle, Celia, Kevin Jr., and Cory; siblings, Hilda, Anna, Leni, Gerhard, and Wolfgang. Gustav is preceded in death by his son, Kevin Harrow.
