Gloria Curtis, 66 of Grayling


Gloria Jean Curtis, 66, of Grayling, passed away on April 21, 2021.

She was born in Sandusky, Michigan on October 2, 1954 to the late Ray and Mildred (Flynn) Paling. Gloria married Bruce David Curtis on June 11, 1971. They were married 33 years before he preceded her in death. Gloria was a LPN, retired from Mercy Hospital. She enjoyed caring for her patients at Mercy Manor. Gloria loved her family and animals, watching ‘Golden Girls’, flowers, and being outdoors. She became an ordained minister in 2007.

Survived by her children: Shari Wildman of Lake City; Jonathon (Christy) Curtis of Fraser; Joseph Curtis of Grayling; and Matthew (Stacey) Curtis of Cadillac. Grandchildren: Samantha (Lee), Sandra Jean (James), Justin, Luciano, Steven, Jason, Haley, Sabrina, Alyssa, Marisa, Mira, and Gage. Sister: Lola (Dave) Vollink of Croswell. Preceded  in death by parents, husband, sister Sharon Spencer, and son in law Louis Wildman, Jr.
