Douglas Glenn McCracken, age 55, of Roscommon, died on March 26, 2021, at his home in the presence and comfort of his family.
Doug was born March 30, 1965 in Pontiac, Michigan, the son of Francis and Martha (Whipple) McCracken.
Doug loved the outdoors and enjoyed spending time fishing and hunting with his nieces and nephews.
Doug will be greatly missed by family and friends. He is survived by siblings, Connie VanWagoner, Frank McCracken, and Bonnie (William) Benaway; close friend William Spearman; his beloved dog, Chevy; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Doug is preceded in death by his parents, Francis and Martha.Doug’s family has chosen to remember him privately at this time, and a gathering will be announced at a later date.
The family prefers memorial contributions be made in Doug’s name to the family for future designation.
