Donna Lin Smith, age 52, of Roscommon, died on Monday, September 16, 2019, at her home in Roscommon.
Donna was born Monday, February 6, 1967, in Grayling, Michigan, the daughter of Adam and Linda (Hopkins) Horning.
Donna married Terry Smith on July 20, 2016 in Roscommon. Donna enjoyed watching football. Her favorite teams were the Detroit Lions and the University of Michigan Wolverines.
Donna will be greatly missed by family and friends. She is survived by her husband Terry; her daughters and sons: Michaeleen, Amber, Michael, Nathaniel, Kimberly, Danielle (Brandon); her grandkids: Tristan, Audrey, Arica, Gabriel, Riley, Abigail, Elena, Levi; her sisters: Gail, Paula, Michelle; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Donna is preceded in death by her parents. Family and friends will gather from 6:00-8:00 PM on Monday, September 23, 2019 at Wagner and Walsh Funeral Directors. The Funeral will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 also at Wagner and Walsh Funeral Directors, 143 Lake Street, Roscommon, Michigan 48653.
Donna will be laid to rest at Roscommon Village Cemetery.
The family prefers memorial contributions be made in Donna’s name to the Susan G. Komen Organization for Breast Cancer Awareness.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Wagner and Walsh Funeral Directors, Roscommon.
