Curtis Elvis Caro, 57, of Higgins Lake passed away April 20, 2017 at his home.
Curtis was born in Lake Wales, FL on May 22, 1959 to Darris Frederick and Dessie Mae (Howell) Caro. He resided in Higgins Lake for eight years, coming from Lake Wales, FL.
Curtis was a plumber.
Curtis enjoyed fishing, cards, story-telling and sports, especially NASCAR. He loved a good joke. Curtis lived his life the way he wanted.
Surviving are six children: Angel Caro, Levi Caro, Christy Caro, Jessica Caro, Casey Caro and Barbara Gillhespy; 14 grandchildren; two sisters, Pat Dowland and Judy Walker; two brothers, Gene Caro and Ricky (Jennifer) Caro and best friends, Chopper Wagner, Lori VanDuinen and Jay Szyska.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A Memorial Service will be held later.
