ROSE CITY – West Branch resident Jodie Pizzala is all smiles after winning first prize in the Rose City Chili Cook Off in the town’ park on March 5. ‘We need more competitionGǪbring it!’ she said. ‘I was seriously impressed with how this event was set up.
