Kids learn about forest life, careers

ROSCOMMON – MSU Extension offered 4-H forestry camp in coordination with the Oscoda-Ogemaw Conservation District on Jul 22-25.  The event was held at the Marguerite Gahagan Nature Center.

The event helped youths 11-15 learned how to identify trees, forestry careers, compass basics, forestry quiz bowl and much more.
