Northern Pines Assisted Living was established in the summer of 2013 by Baruch Senior Ministries. Baruch Senior Ministries is a faith based nonprofit organization that currently operates 26 assisted living communities throughout Michigan. Baruch’s focus in each community is to create a compassionate and loving environment where seniors can make a lasting home.
With a staff of 18 and a volunteer base of over 20 Northern Pines Assisted Living prides itself on serving the seniors in our community.
Licensed through the State of Michigan Northern Pines is committed to setting the bar when it comes to providing quality care.
Northern Pines Assisted Living is nonprofit due to their income based program. Founder Thomas Nobel established Baruch Senior Ministries after a successful career in finance. Prior to Baruch Thomas was the Executive Vice President of Hospice of Michigan. It was there that he saw firsthand the need for affordable senior living. He felt that seniors deserved better than what options were available and felt compelled to do something about it.
Northern Pines offers a wide variety of care options and individualized care plans based on their residents’ personal needs. Whether loved ones are Mostly independent or require assistance with daily activities or only need a temporary place to stay there are services available to fit your families needs.
