GAYLORD – Huron Pines recently held its annual Spring Celebration in Gaylord on May 4. Several awards were presented including:John Bailey presented the award for ‘Conservation Partner of the Year’ to Tom Bailey on behalf of Little Traverse Conservancy. Abigail Ertel presented the ‘Individual Impact’ award to Scott Hicks of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Jennie Zoll presented the award for ‘Business Partner of the Year’ to Brandie Meisner on behalf of M & M Excavating. Dana Bensinger accepted the award for ‘Community Partner of the Year’ from Lisha Ramsdell on behalf of Otsego County Community Foundation.
