Roscommon – The Roscommon Community Foundation (RCCF) is excited to announce that the Village of Roscommon has been awarded a grant of $1,000.00 for the Village AED. Funding for the project was provided by the Doug Allen Fire & EMS Support Fund and the Roscommon County Tobacco Settlement Fund.
The purpose of this grant is to let people know that they are safe when they come to the Village of Roscommon. All business owners would know where the AED is located in case of an emergency any day or night.
The Village hopes that knowing a life saving device is available 24/7 will bring in more tourism and build a positive environment for living.
