HOUGHTON LAKE– Cold temps and cautionary ice didn’t stop the fun at this year’s Tip Up Town Festival in Houghton Lake. The kickoff event took place at the Northern Center where they announced this year’s TUT Queen, Heather Emmerick and guests could enjoy the many tasty foods the area has to offer. The TUT festival creates memories and enjoyment each year for our special community.
