Local health center recognized for quality patient care

HOUGHTON LAKE – MidMichigan Community Health Services recently received recognition from the Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA) Bureau of Primary Health Care for the quality primary care services that they provide within the communities they serve.

The 2022 Community Health Quality Recognition is awarded to the top one-third of Federally Qualified Health Centers considered to be among the best in delivering quality patient care.

“Our goal is to provide high-quality care for all of our patients, regardless of their financial circumstances,” said Jim Raschke, M.B.A., F.H.F.M.A., CEO of MidMichigan Community Health Services. “We are so pleased to be recognized for our efforts in providing excellent primary care to patients in our communities, and are proud of our team of providers and employees who work toward this goal each and every day.”
