Walk 100 Miles in 100 Days Challenge!

ROSCOMMON – From February 1 to May 11, the School Based Health Center, in partnership with Roscommon Area Public Schools, is promoting a community wide physical activity challenge to walk 100 miles in 100 days. Roscommon High School will open its doors every weeknight to the community from 5 – 9 p.m. for high school students, staff, and community members to walk inside.

Use the mileage chart to track your progress, earn incentives along the way, and join us for a special event in May to celebrate your achievement!

Those who reach 100miles will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a FitbitGäó!

Registration is free and will take place at Roscommon High School Wednesday and Thursday, February 1 and 2 from 4 – 6 p.m. You may also register online by going to www.rapsk12.net and clicking the registration link.

To create some excitement and share your experience, use the hashtag #buckswalk100 on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram!

You can also use the free app ‘RunKeeper’ on your iPhone, Android, or computer to track your progress.
