• July 3, 10, 17, 24, & 31 – Morning Bible Study Mondays at Living Water Lutheran, 10 a.m.  All are welcome!
• July 3, 10, 17, 24, & 31 – Drop-in Bible Study Mondays at Living Water Lutheran at 7 p.m. Drop in for Scripture and snacks!  Located behind Dollar General in Mio. 
• July 4 – Support Family Book Shelf’s annual Chicken BBQ at the light in Fairview, 9:30 a.m. until sold out!  First come, first served, no pre-orders.
• July 5, 12, 19, & 26 – Men’s Fellowship held Wednesdays at 10 a.m. at Living Water Lutheran Church, 207 4^th St., Mio.
• July 6, 13, 20, & 27 – Thursday Women’s Bible Study at Living Water’s Lutheran Church, 207 4^th St., Mio, 10 a.m.

• July 7 & 21 –Community Food Pantry at TriPoint Church of God, 831 W. Miller Road, Mio, 12-2 p.m.  Please call Love INC at (989) 848-2020 to register for an appointment. Friendly volunteers assist with shopping experience. Food from local stores and donations. Call Tyler (248-953-2314) or Jessica (989-915-3892) to donate food or send a cash donation, 989-390-9150.
• July 14 & 28 – Clothes Closet for adults from 11 a.m-3 p.m. at Comins Community Church Mission House (across parking lot from the church). FREE, quality clothes and shoes for men and women. Open 2^nd and 4^th Fridays OR by appointment; call 989-848-2909.
• July 18 – Mom’s Group at His Love Family Resources, 203 M-33, Mio, MI, 12:15-1:30 p.m.
• July 20 – Together We Can food distribution, Oscoda Co. Fairgrounds, 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. or until food is gone. Oscoda Co. residents must show proof of residency. Food is from the Food Bank of Eastern MI, Flint, with help from local sponsors. Scheduled dates always subject to change.
• July 22 – Food Pantry Pancake Breakfast at TriPoint Church of God, 831 W. Miller Rd, Mio, 8-10 a.m.  By donation: all proceeds will benefit the food pantry.
• The Grief Share Support Group at Mio United Methodist Church will be back in the fall! 
• MINISTRY SPOTLIGHT – Comins Community Church operates a FREE Clothing Closet on the second and fourth Fridays of every month, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. with extended hours in the summer.  You may contact Love INC (989-848-2020) or the church (989-848-2909) if you, your family members, or your friends or neighbors need an appointment other than when the Mission House is open.  This is adult clothing, clean and quality.  (For children’s clothing, check out His Love Family Resources in Mio, 989-826-5817.)  Love INC exists to help churches help people!
• July – Diapers and baby supplies!  His Love Family Resources is a benefactor of a huge grant.  If you or someone you know has infants, babies, and toddlers in diapers or pull-ups, please contact His Love Family Resources in Mio, 989-826-5817, to receive these free resources!
• July – Love INC ReCreations Shoppe in Fairview is in the throes of summer!  We are accepting donations of good, used furniture. Visit us for beautiful hand-made and repurposed items from over 50 consignors! A portion of the sales helps to fund Love INC, a collaborative ministry of the churches of Oscoda County. Open Thurs-Sat. 10 a.m. – 4p.m. 1558 N. Abbe, just north of blinker in Fairview.

Love In the Name of Christ (Love INC) is a ministry of seven local partner churches. Our partner churches offer transportation up to 50 mi. for medical and business appointments.  They also offer food, clothes, bedding, financial coaching, medical equipment, emergency firewood, and personal care items. Any Oscoda Co. resident may call with any need. Love INC works to find the right resources and people to help. Hours: Mon-Fri 10 a.m. -4 p.m. Call 989-848-2020.
