REGION- MSU Extension is offering a free online “Tai Chi for Better SLEEP” program Mondays and Wednesdays from July 6 through Aug. 26 from noon – 1:30 p.m. The 16-session series combine Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention with sleep education techniques designed to improve sleep quality, reduce stress, increase relaxation, and help prevent falls. Participants will learn tai chi movements, sleep hygiene, mindfulness, and healthy sleep habits during the Zoom-based classes. The program is open to older adults and adults with disabilities, with seated and standing modifications available.
