ROSCOMMON – Roscommon held its annual July 4 parade on Tuesday. Turnout was super for the event, which started this year at 10 a.m.
Before and after the parade, Beacon Lights Church held face painting, hot dogs, chips, bouncy house and other kids games in front of the CRAF Center.
Despite the early start, temperature at 10 a.m. was 81 degrees.
The event was coordinated by Tracy Smith of the Higgins Lake-Roscommon Chamber of Commerce.
