Good morning Northern Michigan … Spring maybe? Easter definitely

Good morning Northern Michigan!

As I climbed out of bed this morning, I peeled back the curtain for my normal look outside and there it was … Winter.  Exhale.

Now we all know this isn’t going to last. The National Weather Service has us seeing 70 degree highs for the rest of the week. But come on Ma Nature, we have had enough.

I got dressed and went outside to the garage and started a fire in the wood burner in anticipation of my daughter, Autumn, and her family coming up for Easter. They will be bringing their mentally imbalanced canines and they’ll be staying in the garage. So I keep it toasty for them.

Tomorrow, my niece Courtney and her family will drive over from Manistee for dinner and some games, and to celebrate the rise.

So ignore the fat snowflakes coming down now and enjoy the Easter weekend. Embrace your family and the people on your team. And remember the reason for the celebration.

Quote of the day is from 1 Corinthians 16:14:

”Let everything you do be done in love.”

Happy Easter 😊
