LEELENAU – The Leelanau Peninsula Wine Trail has been nominated in the latest 10Best Readers’ Choice travel award contest promoted by USA Today! Leelanau Peninsula Wine Trail was one of 20 regions selected by an expert panel to be a contender for Best Wine Region in North America contest, which just launched.
“We are pretty excited and honored that Leelanau Peninsula has been recognized in the Top 20 wine regions by USA Today,” states Lorri Schreiber, Executive Director of the Leelanau Peninsula Wine Trail; “of course, now we hope to see Leelanau Peninsula at the top when the contest ends!”
The Leelanau Peninsula Wine Trail is asking people to vote daily until August 12 at https:// www.10best.com/awards/travel/best-wine-region-2019/ and to help spread the word to others.
Voting ends Monday, August 12, 2019 at 11:59 am. The winners will be announced on 10Best on Friday, August 31st, 2018 at 12:00 pm, then later on USA Today.
