WEST BRANCH – Employees, health care providers and volunteers at MidMichigan Medical Center – West Branch gave generously this fall to the Medical Center’s United Way campaign.
The Medical Center raised $8,000 to help the more than 13 local service organizations supported by the United Way of Ogemaw County. MidMichigan Health has been a long-time supporter of the United Way. This year, the health system raised a total of $318,819 to assist United Way chapters across the region.
The Ogemaw County United Way is a non-profit corporation. Allocations are provided annually to nonprofit organizations in Ogemaw County that meet emerging needs such as child abuse, drugs and alcoholism, medical research and emergency medical needs.
