MSP hosts hiring event

GAYLORD – The Michigan State Police will host a hiring event Aug. 28, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Gaylord Middle School, 600 E. Fifth St., Gaylord.

The event is open to anyone interested in a career with the MSP, including positions as state troopers, motor carrier officers, civilian roles and other opportunities within the department. Attendees will have the chance to meet with recruiters, learn about the hiring process and ask questions about benefits, training and career advancement.
