HALE – Turnout was super for the Annual Long Lake Ice Jam, held on and around the western Iosco County Lake.
Several hundred people turned out for the day-long event, which featured hockey, Polar Bear jump, sled races, raffles, fishing contest, warming fires and much more. The Plainfield Township Fire Department also conducted its annual ice rescue training early in the day.
UpNorthVoice.com was proud to donate the tackle box prizes for the kid’s fishing contest.
