STANDISH – The Northeast Michigan Arts Council (NEMAC) invites the community to an inspiring Acrylic Painting Workshop on Thursday, March 19 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Northeast Art Center in Standish. Designed for beginner to intermediate artists ages 16 and up, the class offers hands-on instruction from local artist Valeri Trombley.

Participants will create a 16” × 20” landscape painting while learning techniques for clouds, leaves, grass, light, and perspective.

All supplies are included with the tuition fee, which must be paid by March 13.
