ROSCOMMON – Join the community for a New Year’s Eve celebration in the Village of Roscommon.
Festivities run from 8:30 p.m. to midnight downtown, with fire barrels throughout the area to help keep everyone warm.
Enjoy live music from local band Big Picture (8:30 to 10:30 p.m.), followed by DJ MC Schooly C, who will keep the party going and lead the countdown to midnight. The block in front of the Village Hall will be closed for the evening, creating space for live music, dancing and community connection.
Local restaurants will be open during the celebration, and food trucks will be on-site offering a variety of options throughout the evening, making it easy to grab a bite while enjoying the festivities.
As the countdown begins, witness the iconic 6-foot “Shamrock Drop” from 50 feet above the downtown buildings, symbolizing a hopeful new year.
