LUZERNE – FIRE DEPARTMENT FUNDRAISER – The Luzerne Fire Department held its 1st Annual Luzerne Fire Department Fireman’s Bash last month at Luzerne Express. More than 100 people turned out for the event which featured food, vendors, live music, raffles and an opportunity to smash an old car with a sledgehammer. Proceeds from the event went toward equipment for the department.
