Claws and Paws Rescue had puppies, dogs, and cats to share kisses

WEST BRANCH – A beautiful day spent with local artist, crafters, and specialist in odds and ends. The sky was blue with just a few wispy clouds. It was tank top and short warm, but not hot around 85.  Some might say that it was a perfect day to sell out of doors.

Claws and Paws Rescue had puppies, dogs, and cats to share kisses and hugs plus colorful tee shirts for sale on July 13 at the West Branch Outlet Shops.

Leslie Frederick, John Carroll, and Jeanne Stoppels played instruments and sang original songs they wrote. Their table set up with Christmas decorations. It may have been 85 degrees with the wind blowing tents and papers around, but they were promoting Christmas, never too early. Before you know it, snow will blow, and you’ll want to make sure you have your Christmas supplies ready.

Sal Palmer and Linda Smith brought home decorations, collectibles, camping gear, toy cars, milk can, wooden toolboxes to sell. They looked to be having a great day.

Samantha Petty, Tina Freimark, and Morgan Spencer had a beautiful display of children’s clothing. Morgan was wearing PixieLane Clothing for children. Sold for Moms by Moms Sam and Tina are on FB at T&S PixieLane VIP if you love the clothes as much as they do. Tina said that all the clothes are American made.

Cindy Mikolaizik and Myaih Mikolaizik are mom and daughter Crafter-duo. This is their second year selling at Junk in the Trunk sale and they are planning on coming back next year.

Cindy said, “There were over 100 people who came through in just a few hours.” They spend the winters making all their home products to sell in the summer at shows.

Janith Mayhew and Peggy Rouse brought out a lot of odds and ends to sell. There were teapots, ceramic cow cream, and sugar, royal blue canister, US mailbox, bears, candy dishes, many glass collectibles.

Melanie Fritz is an independent stylist who brought her Color Street nails to sell and show you how.

Taylor Pettingill and her friend, Michael Williams, were enjoying the warmth and sun on Saturday to share Taylors beautiful custom Origami Owl Jewelry she makes.  Taylor sells online also.  She can make your custom designs.

Rusty and Mary Schmitt shared the show with their home-made maple syrup with many flavors. Rusty said they had 2000 gallons of syrup this year. They have plenty to sell in the next few months. Schmitt’s Pure Maple Syrup located 7 miles north of West Branch.
