GRAYLING- Lace up for the 5th Annual Northern Strike 5K Run/Walk/Ruck on Sunday, Aug. 2, at Camp Grayling’s Parade Field. Check-in begins at 7:30 a.m., with a 9 a.m. shotgun start. The charity event raises funds for the Camp Grayling USO and the National Guard Association of Michigan (NGAM) Leadership Scholarship.
The first 150 registered participants will receive a free T-shirt and finisher medal, with awards for top finishers and the most patriotic participant. Registration is $40 through July 1 ($50 after), with a $30 rate for soldiers, veterans, students, and first responders.
Participants must present a REAL ID or other federally compliant identification to enter Camp Grayling. The event is open to the public, and pre-registration is required.
