HELEN-From daring racers flying down the hill in the Cardboard Sled Race to the fearless Polar Pluggers taking an icy dip, St. Helen Winterfest delivered thrills, laughs, and plenty of hometown pride. After braving the cold, attendees warmed up at the Soup & Chili Cook-Off, sampling seven hearty and delicious entries.
