Arlene Mary Miller, age 80, of Roscommon, died on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at her home.
Arlene was born April 14, 1945, in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter of William and Leona (Donnellon) Harris.
Arlene enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren as well as playing Trivia and
Meat Bingo with her friends at the VFW. She especially loved tackling the New York Times crossword puzzles and games every day! Arlene will be remembered for her quick wit, and her love of all Michigan sports. She took great joy in keeping up with her grandchildren, of whom she was so proud.
Arlene will be greatly missed by family and friends. She is survived by her daughter, Kelly McCarthy-Tubbs of Roscommon; son, Timothy (Cheryl) McCarthy of Roscommon; son, Scott McCarthy of Roscommon; bonus children: son, Robert (Pearl) Miller of St Helen; daughter, Debra Miller of St. Helen; daughter, Lisa Miller of Clearwater, Florida; 13 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Arlene is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Miller; brothers, William (Mary) Harris and Patrick (Joyce) Harris; and son-in-law, Richard Tubbs.
Family and friends will gather on Monday, February 2, 2026, for a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM, with an hour of visitation prior, at St. Michael Catholic Church, 104 North 6th Street, Roscommon, Michigan 48653.
