Phillip Morrow Torres Sr., age 61 of Twining, MI., passed away on October 27, 2024 at his home. Phillip was born on October 4, 1963 in Trenton, NJ., to the late William and Mary (Wallace) Torres.
Phillip was born into a large family and spent the majority of his life in the Trenton area. He worked for the Homasote Company as a paint line operator for many years. He also served in the National Guard. He eventually moved to Michigan where he enjoyed fishing, gardening, and continued his participation in the Mason’s organization.
Phillip is survived by his children, Candiya Torres and Phillip Torres Jr., and Tiana Adair Mobley, who was like a daughter to him; brothers, Jeffrey Torres, Ephraim Torres, Robert Torres, William Torres Jr.; sisters, Karen Torres, Wilma Torres, Pearline Mills Hayward.
Phillip is preceded in death by his parents, Harriet Mills, Beverly Mills Walker, Bertha Mills, Sharon Torres Tucker, Sylvia Torres, Raymond Mills, David Mills, Carl Mills, Kenneth Torres, Brian Mills, Alonzo Mills, Daniel Mills.
