ANTRIM COUNTY – Paddle Antrim is ready to celebrate Northern Michigan’s Chain of Lakes Water Trail at the 6th annual Paddle Antrim Festival September 16-18. This event is highlighted by over 150 paddlers embarking on a two-day paddle through the Chain of Lakes and includes family friendly events all weekend long for the entire community.
The Paddle Antrim Festival starts with the Kick-off Party on September 16th from 5:30-7:30 pm at Ellsworth River Park. There will be great live music from The Hazel James Band and food from Smokin Joes Bar B Q.
The Festival concludes with a Final Bash Saturday afternoon hosted by the top sponsor of the Festival, Short’s Brewing Company at their Production Facility and Pull Bar from 3-9 pm on September 18. There will be great Short’s brews, food from the Fried Food Truck and live music.

- Kick-off Party – September 16, 5:30 – 7:30 pm at Ellsworth River Park (6625 Bridge St, Ellsworth)
- Day 1 Launch – September 17, 9:00 – 10:00 am at Ellsworth River Park (6625 Bridge St, Ellsworth) – Over 130 paddlers launching together at 10 am from a beautiful sandy beach.
- Day 2 Launch – September 18, 7:30 – 8:00 am at Ohio Street Launch in Bellaire (google directions)
- Final Bash hosted by Paddle Antrim Festival Top Sponsor Short’s Brewing Company – September 18, 3 – 9 pm at Short’s Pull Barn in Elk Rapids (211 Industrial Park, Elk Rapids)
